1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our facility.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return upon delivery, subject to eligibility.
- Bulk or custom orders for institutions and hospitals may carry separate cancellation terms as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
2. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or expired.
- The product delivered does not match the order placed.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (applicable to non-medicinal items only).
For safety and regulatory reasons, medicines, surgical items that have been unsealed, and any temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned once delivered, unless found defective.
3. Return Process

- Our team will review the request and arrange a reverse pickup where applicable.
- Approved returns are inspected upon receipt before a refund or replacement is issued.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI after the customer's bank details are collected.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Replacements
If you prefer a replacement over a refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will dispatch the correct item at no additional cost, subject to availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Prescription medicines once dispensed.
- Opened or used surgical and diagnostic products.
- Personal care and FMCG items that have been opened or used.
